Thank you for supporting the workshop this year. All activity is now closed.

You can continue to check out the 2021 workshop until the end of April.

We invite you to save the date for next year on March 5, 2022

For over 30 years, we’ve brought gardeners together for our Workshop on Whidbey Island. This year, we’re adjusting to the challenges of COVID-19 and are bringing our informative classes and inspiring instructors to you virtually.

Select from over 25 online classes providing advice and education in gardening practices for beginner to advanced gardeners.

Be inspired by keynote speaker, Richie Steffen, of the Great Plant Picks Program.

Optional recordings of the classes will be available for three weeks following the event, unless otherwise noted on the class descriptions.

Previously scheduled field trips and the Spring Gardening Marketplace have been cancelled due to the uncertainty around COVID-19 restrictions.

The safety and well-being of our participants and instructors is of our utmost concern.

Look for information on field trips and other educational opportunities to be scheduled later this year as we look towards the Whidbey Gardening Workshop 2022.

Registration for our 2021 Workshop is now closed.

Please join us next year!

Attendees and others may still

view online class descriptions here.

Popular classes and instructors  may return next year. Read about lunch break mini-events here
