Seven gardening field trips are available located throughout Whidbey Island and Everett.  You may choose two field trips: one in the morning (10 am to 12 pm), and one in the afternoon (2 pm to 4 pm).

The field trips are available first to Early Bird Workshop ticket holders. After January 20, field trips will be open to everyone.

Because of Covid-19 restrictions, field trip limits will be enforced. But these limits may change. If you find a field trip is full now, check back to see if it reopens.

Walk-ins will be unable to join a field trip without prepaying on the website.

The Spring Garden Marketplace

The 2-day Marketplace at the Greenbank Farm on Whidbey Island is open from 10 am to 4 pm on March 6 and 7. It is free to registered event attendees with a workshop or field trip registration email/ticket. A donation of $5 is requested from all others.

Marketplace Raffle

Raffle items will be displayed at the Marketplace at Greenbank Farm. Drawings will be held at the Marketplace at 3:30 pm on March 6 and 7. Winners will be notified by phone, and must be able to pick up the winning item either at the end of the day or by advance arrangement with the Raffle manager. Raffle tickets are from $1 up to $5 each depending on the Raffle item.

Recommended Covid-19 safeguards will be strictly followed at all in-person activities.
