Whidbey Gardening Workshop is offering seven unique and engaging field trips. These are hands-on experiences “in the field” rather than classroom presentations. They offer gardening topics of key interest for every home gardener, including propagation from seeds, pruning, composting, and rhododendrons.
You can sign up for as many as two field trips - one in the morning, and one in the afternoon. You are responsible for your own transportation to and from field trip locations. Locations are both on and off Whidbey Island. Because the field trips are in March, the weather will be unpredictable. Hope for sun, but dress for rain or snow!
Space is limited so register early. Each field trip costs $20.
Choose (FM) Morning trips from 10am to 12 noon
(FP) Afternoon field trips from 2:00 tp 4:00
How to get your field trip ticket?
Select the field trip and add to your workshop ticket cart. Only one field trip for morning and one for the afternoon.
Initially field trips are only available to Whidbey Gardening Workshop ticket holders. The public may sign up for unfilled field trips at the regular price after workshop attendees.
